what to expect

There are three components to expect in your upcoming FIT 60 Class…

The FIT 60 (Functional Interval Training) is a work to rest training program. There are no high skill movements or overly heavy weights. All fitness levels are welcome and can jump right into a class environment.

Classes are 50-60 minutes in duration. Starting with an instructor who leads warm up and workout instruction and ends with a cool down.

Anyone can wear one of our proprietary MYZONE® heart rate monitors. Using this technology, athletes can track their calories burned and heart rate during workouts.
